The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational success of our new practice location.

Role Overview
- Overseeing front desk operations, scheduling, and patient flow
- Managing and mentoring optical and administrative team members
- Monitoring key performance metrics including capture rates, revenue per patient, and patient satisfaction
- Coordinating with the clinical team to support a seamless patient experience
- Ensuring compliance with insurance billing requirements and office protocols
- Supporting local marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in optical services or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patient education and customer service.
- An associate's or higher degree is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation is commensurate with experience and education, with a range from $47,500 to $50,000 annually.
- Opportunities for compensation growth coinciding with practice growth.
